Birthing Your New Family With Doula Support
The baby that you are growing within you, will only be birthed once in her/his life and to have a gentle beginning to this journey, is what we can only wish for each of our children. If we are to change the way humanity consciously moves forward, it begins with how we are conceiving, growing and birthing the next generation. Life in the womb and emerging into the world, affects our personality and our future life choices. How a child is grown and born can imprint the whole of their lives.
My role as a doula’s is to nurture, nourish and support you, your partner and your baby emotionally and practically, into becoming a family. Every birth is as unique as the imprint on your fingers. Some may follow particular pathways but what you, your partner and your baby bring to the experience can only be defined by what you have accumulated through your life.
As your doula, I am there with you every step of the way, to assist you to discover your inner strengths and encourage you to find your family birth vision, which is just right for both you and your baby. I assist you to prepare in your pregnancy, for your birth journey and your transition into parenthood, provide you with the opportunity to uncover your fears and anxieties and empower you to make informed choices.
Why Am I A Different Doula?
My wisdom and experience as a doula means I can hold the whole family field. Each of the family members will be processing their own emotions and what it means to them to welcome a new soul into their lives. At this time of transition, it is likely to evoke many new feelings and apprehensions, which is really normal. I provide the space for each of you to explore what this feels like. Most families creating the time to do this pre birth have a more comfortable journey into parenting and stronger relationship dynamics for the whole family.

Nurture session to assist daddy to be in his transition to become a father.

Pre birth therapy session for momma to assist optimal baby positioning and energetically alignment for birthing.
One day workshop 1
Energy techniques for pregnancy, birthing and the enhanced soul children arriving.
Exploring and discovering your new relationship dynamics and what is means to you to evolve within a conscious family.
Creating the space for your baby both emotionally and physically.
One day workshop 2
Discovering and exploration into your own womb/ birth/parenting patterns and experiences.

With all packages there is an opportunity to have a weekly check in call and access to email and message me with any queries or concerns.

One hour Skype sessions £90

House clearing - depending on size of property varying between £350-£500

The question I am asked most is “why do I need a doula when I have a birth partner?”
I truly believe it takes a team or a village to assist a baby to be grown and birthed into the world. My role is to nurture and nourish you all during this delicate process.
If you as a family have not have birthed before, having an experienced doula to guide and assist you through the journey, can be invaluable. Helping you navigate the medical terminology and procedures, assisting you to make informed choices and giving you the space to explore all aspects of your new family dynamic.
You may be birthing for the second or third time and have ideas how you would like to achieve a different outcome, for the birth of this baby. It’s important for you as a family to explore what you are all holding from your previous experiences and how to gently move forward, to create a more wholeness for you this time around.
Having a doula support you through your pregnancy and the birth of your baby, is the most nourishing gifts you can give to your evolving conscious family.
How to Move Forward
First let’s chat on the telephone to see if we feel right for each other and then if you would like to meet to discuss your needs as a couple and family, we can arrange an appointment time for us to meet.
Each level of support also includes unlimited support by telephone or email. I offer a more manageable way to pay throughout your pregnancy, you can make monthly instalments if this helps. Some of my couples have asked for doula gift vouchers from their families instead of gifts, as an alternative way of paying for their support. Please speak with me about these options when making your enquiry.
